Q. How secure is my personal information?

What if I enter the wrong email address?

Do you have an exchange rate?

Shipping and Customs

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from warehouses in China. Please allow extra time during holidays and promotional seasons to process your order. We process orders between Monday and Friday. The order will be processed within 3 working days after the order date and shipped the next day after the processing date. If you have not received the shipping notification email within 5 working days from the date of payment completion, please contact us.

Does my order Q-IS meet the free delivery conditions?

Free delivery is applicable to orders that meet the minimum required amount, excluding discounts, promotions, and oversized/overweight products. Your order will be shipped using economical shipping methods. Please check the product page to see if the product meets the conditions for free delivery.
